This 120uH 25A common mode choke is engineered for power architectures where high current flow, thermal reliability, and predictable EMI suppression must be maintained simultaneously. With a 27.5 × 25 × 12 mm footprint, it targets next-generation power modules including fast-switching power stages, server power distribution units, and advanced industrial controllers. Its Mn-Zn ferrite core with a controlled air-gap ensures balanced magnetic behavior, allowing designers to maintain EMI compliance without compromising current capability or system efficiency.

To accommodate a 25A continuous current rating, this version uses a reduced inductance value, resulting in a lower overall impedance profile compared with higher-uH variants. Even with the lower Z characteristics, it delivers measurable broadband attenuation—approximately 20 dB at 2 MHz and 17 dB at 100 MHz—providing meaningful suppression for both switching-noise harmonics and high-frequency common-mode disturbances. The optimized ferrite geometry helps maintain inductance stability under temperature rise, reducing EMI drift and performance degradation during long-term high-load operation.

This choke integrates well into systems targeting CISPR 11, CISPR 32, EN 55032, and similar conducted-noise requirements.
