150uH 20A High-frequency Mn-Zn common mode choke with extended impedance in the 1–100 MHz band

This 150uH 20A common mode choke is designed for high-current environments such as battery management units (BMU), motor-drive control boards, and EV auxiliary power modules, where compact but reliable EMI filtering is required. Its Mn-Zn ferrite core and gapped structure support stable magnetic performance at elevated currents, while the 27.5 × 25 × 11.3 mm package allows easy placement in power-dense automotive and industrial platforms.

Optimized for mid-band noise suppression, this choke offers approximately 22 dB attenuation at 2 MHz and around 18 dB at 100 MHz, providing a balanced filtering profile for switching stages and high-frequency interference. The reduced inductance value—necessary to support its 20A Irms rating—results in a lower overall impedance, but the air-gapped Mn-Zn design ensures stable inductance behavior, improved thermal stability, and predictable EMI control under demanding load conditions.

With its robust high-current capability and controlled leakage inductance, this 150uH common mode choke is well-suited for industrial automation power rails, communication base-station power units, and on-board charger (OBC) auxiliary circuits. The through-hole construction enhances mechanical stability, while the optimized ferrite geometry helps reduce conducted noise in densely packed electronic systems that require reliable operation across varying load and switching frequencies.
