This 450uH 9.5A common mode choke is built with a low-profile Mn-Zn ferrite core and a stable leakage-inductance design, delivering reliable EMI suppression in compact power systems. Its 27.5 × 25 × 9.7 mm footprint makes it suitable for AC/DC converters, LED drivers, and compact SMPS designs where board height and current stability are critical. The center-post ferrite structure ensures balanced magnetic flux and consistent performance across a wide operating range.

Thanks to its optimized Mn-Zn ferrite geometry and controlled leakage-inductance design, this low-profile common mode choke maintains strong attenuation across a wide frequency band. At 1 MHz, the device delivers approximately 32 dB of common-mode noise suppression, providing excellent filtering for AC/DC front-end converters. Even at 100 MHz, it retains around 25 dB of attenuation—performance rarely achieved by conventional Mn-Zn CMCs in this size class. Combined with stable inductance behavior under load and a 9.5A current rating, it offers reliable EMI suppression for both differential-mode and common-mode disturbances.

Engineers can use this choke in high-density power modules, mains-operated LED lighting, and switching power supplies to achieve lower conducted noise and higher system stability. The 27.5 × 25 × 9.7 mm through-hole package provides mechanical robustness and easy integration into standard PCB layouts. Its stable leakage inductance and Mn-Zn core material offer long-term reliability, making it an excellent choice for EMI-sensitive consumer, industrial, and lighting applications.
